The Office
We do space requests for our office to other community-based organizations. The YA-YA office has two bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. It also has a terrace with a garden and an outside seating area overlooking the city skyline and the Empire State building. The office also features a kitchen, wide open multi-usage space, and plenty of seating. The office space is rented on a sliding scale and in accordance with your organizational budget. Space Rental and Staffing Fees
$150 for three hours, $60 for each additional hour
$50 per hour if staff coverage is needed
